The product (7)
What is the JointBrex supplement?
A capsule dietary supplement for adults, sold for joint comfort and mobility. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, and the label serving is two a day, so one bottle lasts 30 days.
Does Joint Brex come as pills or capsules?
Capsules. The label calls them vegetable capsules, made from cellulose, with two capsules per serving.
What is Joint Brex Premium?
"PREMIUM" is a word printed on the front of the bottle we copy. It is not a separate formula.
Is Joint Brex Gold the same product?
We cannot say. "Gold" does not appear on the label we have, which reads PREMIUM. Compare any bottle with the eight-ingredient panel before you buy it.
Who makes JointBrex?
No maker is named. The label lists LOJA EXPERIENCE LTDA of Aurora, CO as distributor, and the sales page mentions an unnamed FDA-registered facility in the United States.
Is Joint Rx the same as JointBrex?
No. Joint RX is an unrelated product name that search engines suggest because the spelling is close.
Is JointBrex for dogs?
No. Joint searches are full of pet products, but this capsule is labeled for adults 18 and over.
The label (8)
What are the JointBrex ingredients?
Per two capsules: glucosamine sulfate 1,000 mg, boswellia extract 133.3 mg, chondroitin sulfate 100 mg, turmeric root 100 mg, and quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain at 16.7 mg each.
Is 1000 mg of glucosamine enough?
It is two-thirds of the 1,500 mg used in the GAIT trial, and even 1,500 mg did not beat placebo overall there.
Why is crayfish listed on the JointBrex bottle?
Glucosamine is often made from shellfish shells. The label says "Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)".
Rice flour in supplements: good or bad?
Here it sits under other ingredients, where it fills out the capsule. Rice flour is naturally gluten free, but no amount or gluten test is printed.
Is JointBrex vegetarian or vegan?
No. The capsule shell is plant cellulose, but the glucosamine comes from crayfish, and the chondroitin source is not stated.
How much curcumin is in JointBrex?
Not stated. The label lists 100 mg of turmeric root, which is whole root powder, not a curcumin extract.
Why do JointBrex ingredient lists differ online?
The label has eight; the sales page names six without amounts. Some affiliate pages describe a different formula with forskolin and BioPerine, which is not this label.
What do quercetin and methionine add?
Each is 16.7 mg. We found no joint trial or studied dose for either one.
Safety (7)
What are the JointBrex side effects?
No study of the product exists. In ingredient trials, side effects were mostly mild stomach upset, about as common as with placebo.
Is JointBrex safe if I am allergic to shellfish?
Not without an allergist's approval. The glucosamine is made from crayfish, and allergic reactions to glucosamine have been reported.
Can you take glucosamine with Eliquis?
Ask the prescriber first. Our sources cover warfarin and blood thinners in general: glucosamine raised INR on warfarin in regulator reports, and seven of the eight ingredients carry a bleeding caution.
Can I take JointBrex with ibuprofen?
Check with a pharmacist. The Arthritis Foundation says chondroitin taken with NSAIDs or blood thinners may raise bleeding risk.
Does glucosamine affect blood sugar?
It may. NCCIH says glucosamine may raise blood glucose, so people with diabetes should check levels and talk to their doctor.
Can turmeric hurt your liver?
It can. LiverTox lists turmeric supplements as a well-documented cause of liver injury. Stop and call a doctor for dark urine or yellow skin or eyes.
Can I take JointBrex while pregnant or nursing?
No. Pregnant or nursing mothers and anyone under 18 should not take it, according to the label.
Results (7)
Does JointBrex really work?
Nobody has tested it. Its ingredients have mixed results, mostly at higher doses, and the 2019 ACR/AF guideline recommends against glucosamine for osteoarthritis.
How long does JointBrex take to work?
No study gives a date. The sales page says "in just a few weeks"; glucosamine trials ran 24 weeks and boswellia trials about 90 days.
How long do joint supplements take to work?
Trials judge them over months. That is longer than the 60-day refund window, so decide what you will track before you start.
Does JointBrex rebuild cartilage?
No evidence shows it. NCCIH calls any effect on joint structure uncertain.
Is JointBrex a pain reliever?
No. The bottle says "for pain relief", but it is a dietary supplement. In GAIT only the prescription drug celecoxib beat placebo.
What helps knee osteoarthritis besides supplements?
Exercise, weight loss if overweight, tai chi, canes and braces. CDC suggests 150 minutes of moderate activity a week plus strength work twice a week.
Should glucosamine be taken before or after a meal?
The label says two capsules daily before a meal. The sales page adds a full glass of water.

We found no Walmart listing by the brand. The brand's pages name only the BuyGoods checkout.
Is JointBrex a subscription?
The sales page calls it a one-time order with no automatic renewals. Read the order page before paying, since the checkout carries a general line about stopping shipments.

Do not count on it. Two of the brand's pages ask for every bottle back.
Trust and ads (9)
Is JointBrex legit or a scam?
It is a real product with a real label and checkout, but with weak spots: no named maker, no lab report, no study and conflicting return rules.
What is the JointBrex scam alert?
Mostly about ads. Security researchers warn that some use doctor or news-anchor videos that may be manipulated.
Did Sanjay Gupta endorse JointBrex?
No page we opened shows any doctor endorsing it. Treat a celebrity doctor ad as a warning sign.
Is JointBrex FDA approved?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold.
What does FDA registered facility mean?
That a facility is listed with the FDA. It is not approval of a product, and the facility here is not named.
JointBrex reviews and complaints: what do people report?
We have no verified reviews yet. The friction we can show is in the brand's own pages: mixed return rules, two price lists and countdown timers.
Has Consumer Reports reviewed JointBrex?
We found no sign that it has.
What is the JointBrex official website?
The brand's sales page is jointbrex.com. jointbrexsupport.com is run by Jointbrexsupport, a retailer, and sends buyers there to pay.
Are the sales page countdown timers real?
We cannot prove either way. The FTC calls fake timers a dark pattern, and our prices do not change when a timer ends.
