JointBrex Supplement Facts: The Bottle Label Explained
Quick answer
A JointBrex serving is 2 vegetable capsules with eight listed ingredients.
They are glucosamine sulfate 1,000 mg, boswellia extract 133.3 mg, chondroitin sulfate 100 mg, turmeric root 100 mg, and quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain at 16.7 mg each. None has a Daily Value, and it contains crayfish shellfish.

The JointBrex Supplement Facts panel: tap a number to read each part
This is the flat artwork of the JointBrex bottle label, the only source that prints all eight amounts. Each number opens a short note on one part of it.

- Suggested Use. "For best results, take two (2) capsules daily before a meal." One serving a day. The label says nothing about water; the sales page adds a full glass.
- Caution/Warning. Do not exceed the dose; not for under 18, pregnant or nursing; ask a physician first if you take medication or have a condition.
- Storage, seal and children. Keep it in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F). If the safety seal is damaged or missing, leave the bottle unopened. "Keep out of reach of children" is printed twice.
- The FDA box. The asterisk on the front points here: the statements were not evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Front claim. "FOR PAIN RELIEF FROM MUSCLE & JOINT INJURIES*". This is wording for treating a condition, which the FDA box on the same label says the product is not meant to do.
- PREMIUM. A word, not a grade. No standard or test stands behind it.
- Supplement Facts. Serving size 2 vegetable capsules, 30 servings per container, eight ingredient rows with an amount on every row.
- The dagger column. Every row shows "†" instead of a percentage ("Daily Value not established").
- Other ingredients and allergen. Cellulose (the capsule) and rice flour, then "Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)".
- Distributor. LOJA EXPERIENCE LTDA, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. No street, phone or maker is given.
- Label code. JF_270_01_122225 runs up the right edge. The brand does not explain it.
JointBrex ingredients list: the panel copied row by row
Here is every row of the Facts box, spelled the way the label spells it. The last two columns are our own arithmetic: each amount split across two capsules, and each amount as a share of the serving.
| Row as printed | Amount per serving | % Daily Value | Per capsule (our math) | Share of 1,400.1 mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glucosamine Sulfate | 1000 mg | † | 500 mg | 71.4% |
| Boswellia Extract (Boswellia serrata) (resin) | 133.3 mg | † | 66.65 mg | 9.5% |
| Chondroitin Sulfate | 100 mg | † | 50 mg | 7.1% |
| Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (root) | 100 mg | † | 50 mg | 7.1% |
| Quercetin (Sophora japonica) (bud) | 16.7 mg | † | 8.35 mg | 1.2% |
| Methionine | 16.7 mg | † | 8.35 mg | 1.2% |
| MSM (Methylsulfonlmethane) | 16.7 mg | † | 8.35 mg | 1.2% |
| Bromelain (Ananas comosus) (stem) | 16.7 mg | † | 8.35 mg | 1.2% |
- Other ingredients
- Cellulose (Vegetable Capsule), Rice Flour
- Contains
- Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)
- Footnote
- "**Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. †Daily Value not established."
- Distributed by
- LOJA EXPERIENCE LTDA, Aurora, CO 80011, USA
Glucosamine alone is almost three quarters of the serving, while the four 16.7 mg rows add up to 66.8 mg, under 5%. The label also misspells MSM's full name, methylsulfonylmethane.
The sales page names six ingredients with no amounts and skips quercetin and methionine; the seller pack names a different six. The label wins. Study doses for each row are on the JointBrex ingredients page.

What does "† Daily Value not established" mean on a supplement label?
It means no official daily target exists for that ingredient, so the label cannot print a percentage. It is not a warning, and it does not mean the amount is unknown: the milligrams are printed right next to it.
Daily Values are set for nutrients such as vitamin C, calcium or fiber. None of these eight rows is a nutrient in that sense, and the 2,000 calorie line is standard footer text with nothing to measure here.
Without a Daily Value, compare each row with research doses instead. GAIT used 1,500 mg of glucosamine and 1,200 mg of chondroitin daily (NEJM 2006, Clegg et al., GAIT trial); this label gives 1,000 mg and 100 mg. Only boswellia falls inside a studied range (Cochrane 2014, Cameron and Chrubasik, Oral herbal therapies for OA).
Can a supplement claim pain relief? The front of the bottle says it does
Not legally as a treatment. A product meant to treat a disease or ease its symptoms is regulated as a drug (FDA, FDA 101: Dietary Supplements), and supplement labels may not make disease claims (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).
The asterisk after "FOR PAIN RELIEF FROM MUSCLE & JOINT INJURIES*" sends you to the FDA box, which says the product is not meant to treat anything. The label promises relief, then takes it back. The Federal Trade Commission says such a disclaimer does not cure a misleading claim (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

FOR PAIN RELIEF FROM MUSCLE & JOINT INJURIES*

We describe the capsule as sold for joint comfort, never as a pain reliever. The longer story of FDA wording is in our post on FDA registered versus FDA approved.
Storage and warnings: what each label line asks you to do
The left panel holds six instructions. The shellfish line and the physician line decide whether the capsule suits you at all.
| Label line | What it asks | In practice |
|---|---|---|
| Do not exceed recommended dose | Two capsules a day, no more | No catch-up doses after a missed day |
| Not for under 18, pregnant or nursing | These groups should not use it | A firm no on the label, not a maybe |
| Consult a physician prior to use | Check first if you take medicine or have a condition | Bring the label photo to the visit |
| Below 30°C (86°F), cool and dry | Avoid heat and damp | Not in a summer car, not above the stove, not in a steamy bathroom |
| Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing | Inspect before the first capsule | Photograph a broken seal and contact the order desk |
The physician line matters most for people on blood thinners. Glucosamine has raised INR in people taking warfarin (Health Sciences Authority, Warfarin-glucosamine interaction reports), and several other rows carry bleeding cautions too. The full list is on the JointBrex side effects page.
Label code JF_270_01_122225, lot and CoA numbers: what they can prove
Very little. The label code identifies the artwork, the lot number names a batch, and none of them is a lab result. A certificate of analysis is only proof when you can read the test it reports, and no public one exists for any lot.
- Label code
- JF_270_01_122225, printed sideways on the right edge; meaning not published by the brand
- Lot reference
- JOI-26/JO-7417, a reference label from the seller, not a printed test result
- CoA reference
- JOI-7417-26-JO, a document name; the report itself is not public
- Who can match an order
- The order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, with your order ID
To compare your bottle with these numbers, use the batch check page. A match shows the order is traceable, not that the capsules are pure or strong.
JointBrex label questions, answered from the panel
What is on the JointBrex ingredients list?
Eight rows. The big four are 1,000 mg glucosamine sulfate, 133.3 mg boswellia, 100 mg chondroitin sulfate and 100 mg turmeric root; quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain add 16.7 mg each. Cellulose and rice flour make up the rest.
Is there shellfish in JointBrex capsules?
Yes. The label says "Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)", which is the source of the glucosamine.
What does the dagger (†) mean on the JointBrex label?
It means no Daily Value has been set for that ingredient. It appears on all eight rows and is not a safety warning.
Can a supplement claim pain relief?
Not as a treatment. A product meant to treat or ease a disease is regulated as a drug, so the bottle's "pain relief" line goes further than a supplement label may go.
Why is rice flour in JointBrex capsules?
It fills out the capsule around the active ingredients. Rice flour is gluten free, and the label lists it without an amount, after the cellulose shell.
What is Joint Brex Premium?
"PREMIUM" is printed on the front of the same 60-capsule bottle; it is not a separate formula. "Joint Brex Gold" is not on the label we have, so we cannot describe it.
Who is LOJA EXPERIENCE LTDA on the JointBrex label?
It is the company named after "Distributed by", with an Aurora, Colorado ZIP code and no street. The label names no manufacturer.
What does JF_270_01_122225 on the bottle mean?
It is a code on the label artwork. The brand does not explain it, and it is not a lot number, an expiry date or a test result.
