Privacy Policy for jointbrexsupport.com
Quick answer
Our pages set no cookies, run no trackers and take no payments. A page load shares your IP address with the server and Google Fonts. Emails and calls are used only to help you. Orders are paid on the brand's page through BuyGoods, whose own privacy terms apply there. Ask us anytime to see or delete your messages.
Who looks after your data on this site?
Jointbrexsupport runs jointbrexsupport.com from 40 West 57th Street, Floor 20, New York, NY 10019 and is responsible for what this site collects. This policy covers our pages, our inboxes and our order desk, not the brand's sales page or the BuyGoods checkout.
We built the site to need very little about you. There is no log-in, no sign-up form and no cart. You can read every page about JointBrex without telling us who you are.
What does this site collect, and why?
Only what a page load needs and what you choose to send us. The table follows each action to the people who receive the data.
| What you do | What is collected | Why | Who receives it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opening any page | IP address, browser type, the page requested | To deliver the page | The web server; Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface |
| Typing in the FAQ search box | Nothing leaves your device | Filtering runs in your browser | No one |
| Pressing an order button | That you followed the link | To send you to the brand's order page | The brand's page and BuyGoods, once you arrive |
| Writing to [email protected] | Your address and your message | To answer you or fix a page | The Jointbrexsupport website team |
| Calling or writing to the order desk | Phone or email, order ID, the details you give | To find and help with your order | The order desk |
The script that runs our pages opens panels, filters questions and plays animations. It does not store anything in your browser and does not report back to us or anyone else.
What happens when you press an order button?
You leave this site. The button passes through a short redirect and opens the brand's JointBrex pack picker, where BuyGoods collects your name, address and payment details.
From that moment, their privacy terms apply, not ours. The brand's privacy page that we read did not name the company behind it, and its terms page names GEX CORPORATION LLP and mentions a text-message program without saying who runs it. Read those pages before you pay, and skip any text opt-in you do not want.
To pay our commission and let our desk match orders, we may receive order details such as the order ID, the pack and the name and email used at checkout. We never receive full card numbers. Safe ordering tips are on the where to buy JointBrex page.
How long do we keep what you send?
Only as long as the matter needs. An email follows four stages, and you can cut the last one short at any time.
- 1
Received
Your email lands in one inbox, read Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET. Order messages go to the desk instead.
- 2
Answered
We use what you wrote to reply, correct a page or handle your request. Nothing else.
- 3
Kept as a record
We keep the thread while the matter is open and as a record of any correction we made.
- 4
Deleted on request
Ask, and we remove your messages unless a legal duty requires us to keep them.
What will we never do with your information?
Sell it, rent it or use it for advertising. The list is short because we collect so little.
- We do not sell, rent or trade names, emails or phone numbers.
- We do not build reader profiles or show targeted ads.
- We do not add you to a newsletter or text list.
- We do not ask for health records, and we ask you not to send them.
How can you see, fix or delete your data?
Email [email protected] and say what you want: a copy, a correction or a deletion. Send it from the address you used before so we can find your messages.
If the request also covers an order, say so, and we will pass it to the order desk with your consent. For data held by BuyGoods or the brand, contact them directly; the numbers they print are on our contact page. If a privacy law where you live gives you more rights, name it and we will respond on that basis.
What about children, security and changes?
This site is written for adults, and the product label says it is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect anything from children; a parent can ask us to delete a child's message.
Pages travel over an encrypted connection, and only the people who answer our inboxes can read them. Please never email card numbers. When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too.
The rules for using the site are on the terms and conditions page, and the limits of our health information on the disclaimer.
Privacy questions
Does jointbrexsupport.com use cookies?
Our own pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. The brand's sales page and BuyGoods may use their own once you get there.
Does Jointbrexsupport see my card details when I buy JointBrex?
No. BuyGoods takes the payment on the brand's checkout, and card numbers never pass through this site.
Do you track me with ads or analytics?
No. There are no ad networks, tracking pixels or analytics scripts on our pages.
Is my FAQ search sent anywhere?
No. The search box filters the questions inside your browser and sends nothing.
Who runs the privacy policy on the brand's site?
Its privacy page does not name an operator. Its terms name GEX CORPORATION LLP as the owner of that site.
Will I get texts or emails from Jointbrexsupport?
Not from us; we run no newsletter or text list. If you agree to texts during checkout, that is the brand's program.
How do I get my emails deleted?
Write to [email protected] from the same address and ask. We confirm once it is done.
Does this policy apply to the order desk?
Yes, for orders placed through our buttons. The desk uses your details only to find and help with that order.
