What is JointBrex? A two-capsule joint formula, explained plainly

JointBrex is a dietary supplement in capsule form, sold to adults for joint comfort, mobility and flexibility. Each white bottle holds 60 vegetable capsules. The label serving is two capsules once a day before a meal, so one bottle covers a month.

One JointBrex bottle, white with a green and white label reading JointBrex, Premium, 60 capsules, Dietary Supplement
The bottle we ship. The front reads "PREMIUM", which is why some people search for "Joint Brex Premium": it is this same product.

What it is

  • Eight ingredients, each with its own amount on the label
  • About 700 mg of listed ingredients in every capsule, 500 mg of it glucosamine
  • One serving a day, nothing to mix or measure

What JointBrex is not

  • Not a drug, a pain reliever or an arthritis treatment
  • Not FDA approved, because the FDA does not approve supplements
  • Not shown to rebuild cartilage, and not tested as a formula
  • Not for children or for pregnant or nursing women (label)

It is sold to adults whose knees, hips or hands feel stiff after sitting. The photos below are brand stock images, not buyers.

JointBrex Ingredients: the Supplement Facts label, all eight amounts

The JointBrex label lists eight ingredients with amounts per 2 capsules: glucosamine sulfate 1,000 mg, boswellia 133.3 mg, chondroitin sulfate 100 mg, turmeric root 100 mg, and quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain at 16.7 mg each. Only the bottle label lists all eight.

This is the real JointBrex label, laid flat. It is the only source that prints every ingredient with an amount, so every number on this site comes from it.

Glucosamine is almost three quarters of what you swallow; the last four ingredients together make up under 5%. Other ingredients are a cellulose capsule and rice flour, and the label states: "Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)."

Why three ingredient lists disagree

Brand graphic titled Inside JointBrex showing glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, boswellia extract, turmeric, quercetin and methionine around a bottle
The brand's "Inside JointBrex" graphic shows six ingredients and leaves out MSM and bromelain, both printed on the bottle.

The brand's sales page names six ingredients with no amounts and skips quercetin and methionine. The retailer pack, and the graphic beside this text, name a different six and skip MSM and bromelain.

Only the bottle label lists all eight with amounts, so the label wins every time. Our JointBrex Supplement Facts page reads it line by line, and the JointBrex ingredients list explains each one.

JointBrex reviews, complaints, scam alert, FDA: the short answers

People ask most whether JointBrex is legit, whether it works, its side effects, FDA status, where to buy it and what it costs. The short answers: it is a real capsule, it is untested as a formula, and the FDA does not approve supplements.

These are the questions people type next to the word JointBrex most often. Each card gives the answer in two lines and links to the page that shows the proof.

Is JointBrex legit, or should the scam alert worry you?

JointBrex is a real capsule you can order, with a printed Supplement Facts panel, a named payment processor and a written 60-day refund window. The trouble sits around it: ads that borrow famous faces, oversized sales claims and policy pages that contradict each other.

Where the scam alert comes from

Bing suggests "jointbrex scam alert" and Google suggests "sanjay gupta jointbrex". The security site MalwareTips warns that some JointBrex ads on social video apps use a doctor or news anchor who may be a manipulated clip, a cloned voice or an AI-made fake. No page we opened shows Dr. Sanjay Gupta, or any other doctor, endorsing the product.

If a video with a well-known doctor sends you to a checkout, close it and come to the order page yourself.

Pressure you may see: The sales page runs a 30:00 countdown, says "While Supplies Last!" and warns that stock is limited; the checkout adds a "Your Order Is Reserved for" clock. The FTC names countdowns on offers that are not truly time-limited as a dark pattern (FTC, Report on dark patterns (press release)). We have no way to prove these clocks are fake. What we can say is that the prices behind our buttons are the same whether a timer shows or not.

Does JointBrex really work? Checking each dose against the research

Nobody can say for sure, because JointBrex has never been tested as a formula. Boswellia at 133.3 mg sits within the studied range, but glucosamine at 1,000 mg is about two-thirds of the trial amount and the other amounts are far smaller.

Nobody can say for sure, because JointBrex has never been tested in a published study. What can be checked is each amount on the label against the amount researchers gave people. Each bar below stands for the daily dose used in research; the filled share shows how much of it a 2-capsule serving supplies.

JointBrex label amountFull bar = dose used in human studies
Glucosamine sulfate

Label: 1,000 mg. Studied: 1,500 mg daily, the GAIT trial and most package directions. (NEJM 2006, Clegg et al., GAIT trial) (Cochrane 2005, Towheed et al., Glucosamine for osteoarthritis) (LiverTox (NIDDK), Glucosamine)

Chondroitin sulfate

Label: 100 mg. Studied: 1,200 mg daily in GAIT; LiverTox lists 600 to 1,200 mg. (NEJM 2006, Clegg et al., GAIT trial) (LiverTox (NIDDK), Glucosamine)

Boswellia extract

Label: 133.3 mg. Studied: 100 to 250 mg daily of branded, AKBA-enriched extracts. (Cochrane 2014, Cameron and Chrubasik, Oral herbal therapies for OA) (BMC Complement Med Ther 2020, Yu et al., Boswellia meta-analysis)

Turmeric root

Label: 100 mg. Studied: 93 mg to 2 g daily of absorption-boosted curcumin. (BMJ Open Sport Exerc Med 2021, Paultre et al., Turmeric/curcumin for knee OA) (Complement Ther Med 2021, High- vs low-dose curcumin in knee OA)

MSM

Label: 16.7 mg. Studied: 1,000 to 3,000 mg daily in common use. (Arthritis Foundation, Supplement and Herb Guide for Arthritis Symptoms)

Bromelain

Label: 16.7 mg. Studied: 500 to 2,000 mg per dose, up to three doses a day. (Arthritis Foundation, Supplement and Herb Guide for Arthritis Symptoms)

Glucosamine carries the formula. In the GAIT trial, 1,583 people with knee osteoarthritis took 1,500 mg a day for 24 weeks, and it was not significantly better than placebo; only the drug celecoxib was (NEJM 2006, Clegg et al., GAIT trial). A Cochrane review found benefit mostly in trials of one prescription glucosamine sulfate brand (Cochrane 2005, Towheed et al., Glucosamine for osteoarthritis), and NCCIH reports that the 2019 ACR and Arthritis Foundation guideline comes out strongly against it (NCCIH Clinical Digest, Arthritis and Complementary Health Approaches).

Boswellia is the bright spot. Its 133.3 mg sits next to the 100 mg a day of enriched extract that lowered pain by about 17 points on a 100-point scale at 90 days (Cochrane 2014, Cameron and Chrubasik, Oral herbal therapies for OA). The catch: the label does not say how this extract is standardized. Turmeric here is ground root, while knee trials used curcumin formulas built to absorb better (BMJ Open Sport Exerc Med 2021, Paultre et al., Turmeric/curcumin for knee OA).

What has firmer support than any joint capsule

The same guideline gives its strongest backing to exercise, weight loss for people who are overweight, tai chi, self-management programs, canes and braces (Arthritis Rheumatol 2020, Kolasinski et al., 2019 ACR/AF OA guideline (abstract)). The CDC adds a weekly target of 150 active minutes and 2 days of strength work (CDC, About Physical Activity and Arthritis). A capsule can sit beside those habits, not replace them.

Please do not double up: More capsules do not close the gap. The label says not to exceed the dose, and the FTC points out that a study only supports a product when the dose and form match (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Is JointBrex FDA approved? The label and sales claims, checked

No. The FDA has no authority to approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, FDA 101: Dietary Supplements), so no supplement, JointBrex included, is "FDA approved". Below, each claim from the bottle and the sales page meets what we could verify.

JointBrex side effects: what the bottle warns and who should skip it

No side-effect report on JointBrex itself has been published. In the big glucosamine and chondroitin trial, side effects were mild and spread evenly across the groups, placebo included. Start with the label: tap a number to read each part.

JointBrex bottle label with numbered notes on the directions, caution box, front claim, Supplement Facts, allergen line and distributor
  1. Directions. "Take two (2) capsules daily before a meal." One serving a day, so 60 capsules last 30 days.
  2. Caution box. Not for anyone under 18 or for pregnant or nursing mothers. Ask a physician first if you take a medicine or have a medical condition.
  3. Front claim. The asterisk after "injuries" points to the FDA disclaimer: the claim was never evaluated.
  4. Supplement Facts. Eight lines, one amount each, no Daily Value for any of them.
  5. Allergen line. "Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)." The capsule is cellulose and the filler is rice flour.
  6. Distributor. LOJA EXPERIENCE LTDA, Aurora, CO: a distributor with no street address, not a named maker.

Five questions before the first capsule

Quick fit check: answer yes or no

  1. Have shrimp, crab, lobster, crayfish or other shellfish ever caused you an allergic reaction?

  2. Has a doctor put you on warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto or another blood thinner, or booked you for an operation?

  3. Is your blood sugar treated with insulin, tablets or diet because of diabetes?

  4. Does a joint look red or puffy, feel warm, or stay stiff longer than half an hour each morning?

  5. Are you under 18, pregnant or nursing?

Answer every question to see your result. Nothing is saved or sent.

Sources for these checks: shellfish allergy (Arthritis Foundation, Supplement and Herb Guide for Arthritis Symptoms); glucosamine and warfarin reports with raised INR (Health Sciences Authority, Warfarin-glucosamine interaction reports); blood sugar (Memorial Sloan Kettering, Glucosamine (About Herbs)); osteoarthritis stiffness usually easing within 30 minutes (NIAMS, Osteoarthritis (health topic)). Our sources discuss warfarin and blood thinners in general, so ask your prescriber about Eliquis. The full list is on the JointBrex side effects page.

  • White bottle with "PREMIUM", "60 CAPSULES" and "Dietary Supplement" on the front
  • A Supplement Facts panel with eight lines, glucosamine sulfate 1000 mg at the top
  • "Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)" under Other Ingredients

Which JointBrex pack to choose: cost per day, per capsule and per week

Three bottles at $177 suit most buyers: they ship free in the US and last 90 days, past the 60-day window. Six bottles cost the least per day at $1.63, while one bottle costs $2.97 a day plus shipping.

The bigger the pack, the lower the daily cost. Each figure below is our math from the pack price and 2 capsules a day.

JointBrex refund policy: 60 days, and where the pages disagree

Every JointBrex order has 60 days from the purchase date to ask for a refund. The brand's own pages disagree on what you must do to get it.

How to Buy JointBrex: a five-point checklist before you pay

Before you pay for JointBrex, check five points: the shellfish allergen line, your daily prescriptions, the pack size, the after-payment offers and your order email. Three bottles cover the 60-day window, and six cost the least per day.

If the label, the dose check and the refund rules still make sense to you, run through these five points first.

  • Read the allergen line on the label shown above, and skip the order if shellfish is a problem for you
  • If you take a daily medicine, show the 8-line panel to your doctor or pharmacist
  • Pick the pack: three bottles cover the 60-day window, six cost the least per day
  • Say no to the after-payment offers unless you planned to buy them
  • Save the order email; its order ID is the first thing our desk asks for

No timer runs on this site, and you have 60 days from purchase to change your mind.

Accepted payments: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Google Pay Payment runs on BuyGoods, the checkout the JointBrex order page uses.

JointBrex FAQ: capsules, ingredients, shipping, price and refund

These answers cover the JointBrex questions people search most: who sells it, whether it is legit, reviews, ingredients, FDA status, side effects, who should skip it, price and the refund. Each answer draws on the bottle label and the order desk.

What are JointBrex pills, and who sells them?

JointBrex pills are vegetable capsules, 60 to a bottle, sold as a joint support dietary supplement for adults. Jointbrexsupport sells them as a USA authorized retailer through the brand's own order page and BuyGoods checkout.

Is JointBrex legit or a scam?

JointBrex is a real capsule with eight amounts on the printed Supplement Facts panel, sold through BuyGoods checkout with a 60-day refund window. The scam alert is about ads, not the bottle: MalwareTips warns that some JointBrex ads use manipulated doctor or news-anchor videos. Ignore celebrity-doctor clips and order from the brand's own order page.

What do JointBrex reviews and complaints say?

We have no verified reviews to show yet, and the star counts printed by the sales page and the retailer pack could not be checked. The complaints we expect, from reading the terms, are about clashing return rules, after-payment upsell pages and pressure timers.

Does JointBrex really work?

No study has tested JointBrex itself, so nobody can say. Its glucosamine is 1,000 mg against the 1,500 mg used in the GAIT trial, which found no overall benefit over placebo, and only the boswellia amount sits inside a studied range.

What is the JointBrex ingredients list?

Each 2-capsule serving lists glucosamine sulfate 1,000 mg, boswellia extract 133.3 mg, chondroitin sulfate 100 mg, turmeric root 100 mg, and quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain at 16.7 mg each. The other ingredients are a cellulose capsule and rice flour, and it contains crustacean shellfish (crayfish).

Is JointBrex FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale, and the label's asterisk says its statements were not evaluated by the FDA. The sales page mentions an "FDA-registered facility" without naming it, and registration is not approval.

What are the JointBrex side effects?

No side-effect data on JointBrex itself is published. In large glucosamine and chondroitin trials, side effects were mild and uncommon, mostly stomach upset; the shellfish source, blood thinners and blood sugar are the points to check first.

Who should not take JointBrex?

JointBrex is not for anyone under 18 or for pregnant or nursing mothers, as the label says. Skip it with a shellfish allergy, because the glucosamine comes from crayfish. Ask a physician first if you take a blood thinner, manage diabetes or have a medical condition.

Is this the JointBrex official website?

jointbrex.com is the brand's sales page. This site is run by Jointbrexsupport, a retailer, and its order buttons open that same brand checkout with the same prices and 60-day window.

How many JointBrex capsules do I take a day?

Two capsules a day before a meal, as the label directs. A bottle holds 60 capsules, so it lasts 30 days. Do not exceed the dose on the label, so a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days.

How much does JointBrex cost?

JointBrex runs from $49 to $89 a bottle. The 6-bottle pack is $294, which works out to $49 a bottle or roughly $1.63 per day. US delivery is free with 3 or 6 bottles, and you can request a refund for 60 days after the order date.

Is there a JointBrex refund?

Yes. Every JointBrex order has 60 days from the purchase date to ask for a refund, though the brand's pages disagree on the steps. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID before day 60 and get the return rule for your order in writing.

Does the JointBrex price include shipping?

Delivery in the US is free with 3 or 6 bottles. The 6-bottle pack is $294, about $49 a bottle, and prices run from $49 to $89 a bottle depending on pack size.

How many capsules are in a JointBrex bottle?

A bottle holds 60 vegetable capsules. The dose is two capsules a day before a meal, so one bottle lasts 30 days.
